1. Your Rights Under New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993

- Match any sample or demonstration model

2. Return Period
You have the right to return products purchased from Chimvlexbrdhapan within 14 days of receiving the product, provided the product is unopened and in its original condition. This is in addition to your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
3. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be in its original, unopened condition
- The product must be in its original packaging
- You must provide proof of purchase
- The return request must be made within the return period

5. Return Shipping
Unless the product is defective or we have made an error, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining proof of shipment.
6. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will process your refund:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Processing time: 5-10 business days after we receive the returned product
- You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed
7. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

- Products damaged due to misuse or negligence

- Products without proof of purchase
